Andrew Napolitano at Future Freedom Foundation Conference

Andrew Napolitano, Fox News' Senior Judicial Analyst, gives a speech entitled "Civil Liberties in Wartime" at The Future Freedom Foundation's "Restoring the Republic: Foreign Policy & Civil Liberties" conference, June 3, 2007, at the Hyatt Regency Reston, in Reston, Virginia. Some folks don't like Fox News - but what the Judge has to say about civil liberties is important to hear.

Heh...that Fox commentator wasn't cutting Bush any slack. Or Congress. I wish more people paid attention to the liberties we are losing.
Thinking about the Fox News dislike from some of my family and friends, I'm not sure I get it.

Other than fox being like any other talking heads 24 hour news show, I'm not sure what the problem is compared to other 'news' networks.

We watch other countries' programs to see their gist. Mosaic on some high numbered channel on our Dish is really interesting. So is BBC, in a sort of annoying way.
The US news is pretty pathetic all around and we should always dig deep ourselves. (That's the homeschooling way, after all. :-))Personally, I think Brian Lamb is awesome and love c-span.

But back to fox news...we watch Brit Hume's evening news program with the analysts. NPR with Mara Liason (sic?) and Juan Williams along with others seem to have a solid voice in that panel.
That's just my take on -some- of fox news.
