Ummm.... Sen. Obama - We Already Have A National Security Force

We already have a national security force - It's called the National Guard as well as a Civilian Militia...
The National Guard, the oldest component of the Armed Forces of the United States and one of the nation's longest-enduring institutions, celebrated its 370th birthday on December 13, 2006. The National Guard traces its history back to the earliest English colonies in North America. Responsible for their own defense, the colonists drew on English military tradition and organized their able-bodied male citizens into militias.
Civilian Constitutional Militia at the US Senate 6/15/1995

(Part 1 of 2 Full hearing 47 minutes) It's worth a listen.

So this hearing was held back in 1995 - but it could just as well have taken place more recently.

Do you really think that 2nd amendment rights is about hunting?

Will those who would protect Constitutional rights and fight against a tyrannical government (which might very well attempt to remove 1st and 2nd amendment rights among other rights) be considered "terrorists"? Who might be considered terrorists?

"When the government fears the people there is liberty; when the people fear the government there is tyranny." - Thomas Jefferson

"The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." (Thomas Jefferson Papers p. 334, 1950)

It also helps to arm yourself with knowledge.

We do not need Sen. Obama's National Security Force - but we will probably need militia men and women to protect the Constitutional rights he will seek to erode!

America - Be very careful who you vote for on November 4.

(Update: Google Stephen Flynn - he works and writes for the Council on Foreign Relations and is an advisor to the Obama campaign. This National Security Force is something he has been advocating. It will also be something that will be a back door "draft". They probably have the uniforms already designed.)
