Obviously Blumenthal needs to enforce the law - not what he thinks the law should be. And why hasn't he pressed charges against Chris Dodd?

Apparently, Blumenthal thinks it's his job to uphold the law - and enforce what he thinks should be public policy.

Love the part "Will you stand for the law" and the references to the bully pulpit and doing this for popularity not based on breaking a law, which is the Blumenthal's job.
Between Blumethal and Dodd I am embarrassed to be associated with them because I live in CT too.

I've wondered about CT and Chris Dodd's seemingly impermeable job security. It does seem like the AG should be busy doing his job. It's not like he has to dig (work) hard to get to it. It's staring us all in the face. AIG, Freddie and Fannie...let the dominoes fall in DC.
It's a bit creepy that it hasn't occurred to Obama that his people are intimidating and frightening children with his community activism.
