Thanks for posting this. It's a very interesting story. I have to disagree with the lawyers reasoning. He says the state has a "right" to regulate how people travel, but not if they travel. The state only has or does not have "rights" (that's a poor use of the word) if they decide it is so. It the right of might and therefore not legitimate. True rights come from God, the state is merely withholding a privledge that we the people do not have to comply with if we choose not to.
Of course we have to pit our strength against the strength of the state. I hope we're up for it.
