The result of failed social policies costing billions in tax money.
The unions have destroyed education and business.

Our decaying cities are a result of sub-standard education and the exit of businesses who can operate more efficiently elsewhere.
Businesses cannot thrive if they do not have a literate workforce from which to hire.
Businesses cannot survive if they are forced by government and unions to hire and pay people who do not perform.

What a disgrace.
What a tragedy.
