There are numerous solutions to cleaning up the oil on YouTube, I've gotten one from Fort Walton FL, Sheriff's website posted on one of my blogs that shows plain old hay absorbing and keeping afloat all the oil just as easily as the material in your post. And it truly is a "natural" solution! I'm beginning to believe the BP and Administration, et al do not WANT to clean it up!
