Benghazi - What Really Happened? Obama Knows - And The Truth WILL Come Out!

Glenn Beck and former CIA officer, Claire Lopez, discuss the possibility of the United States brokering guns and arms to jihadist rebels in Syria and Libya and they raise more questions. What people are saying is that Ambassador Stevens knew about the arms going to the jihadists. They say he was then targeted by our government for a "kill". The others who died were just collateral damage when they didn't obey orders to stand down. Who gave those orders anyway?

Then there is General Ham who ended up getting sacked after going against orders to "stand down", when he was going to send help to save those 4 men in the embassy.
General Ham immediately had a rapid response unit ready and communicated to the Pentagon that he had a unit ready.
General Ham then received the order to stand down. His response was to screw it, he was going to help anyhow. Within 30 seconds to a minute after making the move to respond, his second in command apprehended General Ham and told him that he was now relieved of his command.

Why was the order to "Stand Down" given? The U.S. Had Two Drones, AC-130 Gunship, and Targets Painted in Benghazi! Obama and other top level people were likely watching everything unfold from the "situation room".

Interesting too - that admirals and generals are being relieved of their duty.

Here's more... please watch...

Please note: OBAMA GAVE THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD $450 MILLION ON 10/04/12.
THAT IS TWO WEEKS AFTER THE BENGHAZI ATTACK!!

We need to get to the bottom of all of this!

Bravo to Judge Jeanine for this...

The mainstream media in general is ignoring the whole story.. of course.
The American people, and the families of those who were butchered, deserve an answer!

11 Year Olds On The Pill In Britain So They "Don't Miss School"

Ok, really?
In the UK, about 1000 11-12 year olds annually are prescribed hormonal contraceptives (usually the pill or injection).
They claim it isn't because the kids are "sexually active"...
They claim it is because of medical issues ranging from acne to menstrual problems.

The article from Dr. Petra Boynton states:
Taking hormonal contraception is, for many girls, a means of ensuring they don’t miss school. It reduces symptoms that could be painful, distressing and single them out for bullying. When the pill is prescribed for medical reasons usually it is parents, in discussion with their daughters, who initiate contact the GP.

Of course hormonal contraception also prevents pregnancy. But being on the pill is not an indicator of having underage sex.

Approximately 26% of young girls have sex before the age of 16 Most are around 14-15. Fewer very young girls have sex and those who do are more likely to be coerced, regret the experience, struggle with access to healthcare and education, and lack family support. They are also far less likely to use any form of contraception.

Oh please, spare me...
Seems to me the only reason young girls like these are put on the pill is to make doctors rich and Big Pharma richer.
Get the girls early so they will have a steady flow of contraception dollars coming in to their coffers.
Get the girls used to it.... and since it prevents pregnancy - how convenient for the young girls now not to worry if they do have sex (even if they aren't having it now.. wink)

If this doctor had any decent medical training then she would know that nutrition and natural means can be used to help reproductive issues... but no... just throw children on the pill... that's easiest. Can't be showing people how to care for their bodies properly without prescribing all kinds of medications now.. can we?

and what about the long term effects on female fertility?
When these girls are ready to bear children, will they be able to?  and will those children be healthy?
One can only speculate. Afterall, theoretically these girls at age 11 can be on birth control for 11 years more until they are ready to have children.

The whole thing is rather troubling.
It seems the UK is now handing out birth control pills like kid's candy and this "doctor" thinks it's all ok...

More boneheaded sexualization of children... and what's worse, it's being done under the guise of "medical help and necessity"... might as well treat them all like livestock.

I notice the good doctor has shut off comments to the article.
Couldn't take the criticism probably.

Chalk another one up to Socialized medicine in the UK.

Incentive

Well... say what you will about "The Donald"... but I sure would like to see what Obama had written there on his college applications..
I will bet he applied as a foreign student.

So...Why ARE those records sealed?

$5 Million is a lot to pass up ... then again, Obama has spent millions keeping that information quite private.

Germany Says: Show Me The Gold!

Germany wants to PHYSICALLY EXAMINE its gold reserves held at the New York Federal Reserve. Germany has intentions of repatriating all of its golden stash from the Federal Reserve. They must be worried about its safekeeping.

It'll be like a visit to Gringotts!

Silver Doctors wrote this:
"... the German Federal Accountability Office has ruled that the Bundesbank must conduct an audit on German Central Bank gold holdings, and in anticipation, has begun the repatriation of German gold from the NY Fed. The Bundesbank will request the NY Fed ship 50 tones of German gold back to the motherland a year for the next 3 years!

It appears de Germans are about to receive a crash course in the lesson He who owns the gold makes the rules (aka possession is 999/1000ths of the law).

Assuming that the NY Fed does decide to comply with the Bundesbank’s request to keep up appearances for the other central banks, we wish the cartel luck in finding 150 tons of TUNGSTEN FREE PHYZZ over the next 3 years as the Bundesbank reportedly will PHYSICALLY VERIFY THE GOLD. So much for the cartel plans to fill repatriation requests with tungsten salted phyzz."

From Spiegel via Zerohedge (translated):
Germany has the second largest gold reserves in the world, nearly 3400 tons. Supposedly, anyway. Because stocks have never been checked for authenticity and weight. Now, the Federal Court has asked the Bundesbank to examine the gold reserves abroad regularly.

The German central bank gold is safely stored in vaults in Frankfurt, New York, Paris and London. Checked really but apparently no one. The Federal Court has the Bundesbank now anyway required regular inspection and inventory of the vast gold reserves abroad. The auditors explain this in a report on Monday has become known to the budget committee of the Bundestag with the "high value of gold holdings."

The samples stored at other German banks stocks were also never by the Bundesbank itself or by other independent auditors "added physically and for authenticity and weight" checked. Actually talk on the subject numerous theories - so should the U.S. gold reserves at Fort Knox have long been looted.

The Bundesbank has on the USA's second largest gold reserves in the world. End of 2011 there were 3396 tons, worth 133 billion euros. After the soaring price of gold is likely to reach about 142 billion euros currently even. Secures the gold bars by the Bundesbank in own vaults in Frankfurt as well as at three bearing points abroad: The U.S. Federal Reserve Bank in New York, Bank of France in Paris and the Bank of England in London.

Bundesbank gets tons of gold from New York

The Court had determined the order of the Bundestag that the Federal Bank reviews its overseas gold reserves stored exactly. It is disputed whether the Bundesbank experienced for years practice sufficient to rely only on a written confirmation to the gold bars by the foreign central banks.

The Court recommends that the Bundesbank to negotiate with the three foreign central banks the right to physical verification of stocks. With the implementation of this recommendation, the Bundesbank has begun according to the report. They also decided to bring in the next three years to 50 tons each of the past at the Fed in New York gold to Germany to get it here to undergo a thorough examination. In the report, several points are blackened. In effect, the paper is not clear exactly how much gold is in which foreign central bank.

The information held in the Federal Bank headquarters holdings consist of 82,857 according to the report bullion stored mostly in sealed containers with 50 bars, which are kept in four separate locked safe boxes. Part of it (6183 bar) stored on open shelves, therefore in a separate vault - the so-called gold chamber. To secure the gold it says in the report: "The vault closure is double, the inner seals and the gold chamber under a triple lock."

Zerohedge had this to say in addition...
Speculation aside, the fact that central banks, and even banks of central banks (i.e., the BIS), have long lent out gold, is no secret to anyone, traditionally to satisfy short-term physical gold confirmation claims upon a spike in demand, usually associated with a liquidity shortage (when the value of gold as monetary collateral truly shines). The problem with this rehypothecation scheme is what happens when the counterparty suddenly finds themselves insolvent, the gold has since been re-re-rehypothecated, and nobody really knows whose gold it is any more.

So it's time to check the gold bars and make sure they are what they are supposed to be.
Should be interesting to see what they discover.

The UN Sending Their Goons To Monitor American Elections

Oh please... like we are some 3rd world country..
and like these Left-leaning civil rights groups are all about honesty and fairness...
Give me a break!
Perhaps the NAACP, ACLU and LCCHR ought to focus more on the threats of riots from their constituents!

Corrupt organizations are looking to have another corrupt organization oversee the American election at polling places.
Well, as far as I am concerned.... the UN can take their poll monitors and stuff them!
United Nations-affiliated election monitors from Europe and central Asia will be at polling places around the U.S. looking for voter suppression activities by conservative groups, a concern raised by civil rights groups during a meeting this week. The intervention has drawn criticism from a prominent conservative-leaning group combating election fraud.

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), a United Nations partner on democratization and human rights projects, will deploy 44 observers from its human rights office around the country on Election Day to monitor an array of activities, including potential disputes at polling places. It's part of a broader observation mission that will send out an additional 80 to 90 members of parliament from nearly 30 countries.

Liberal-leaning civil rights groups met with representatives from the OSCE this week to raise their fears about what they say are systematic efforts to suppress minority voters likely to vote for President Obama.

The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, the NAACP and the ACLU, among other groups, warned this month in a letter to Daan Everts, a senior official with OSCE, of “a coordinated political effort to disenfranchise millions of Americans — particularly traditionally disenfranchised groups like minorities.”

The request for foreign monitoring of election sites drew a strong rebuke from Catherine Engelbrecht, founder and president of True the Vote, a conservative-leaning group seeking to crack down on election fraud.

“These activist groups sought assistance not from American sources, but from the United Nations,” she said in a statement to The Hill. “The United Nations has no jurisdiction over American elections.”

Neil Simon, director of communications for the OSCE’s parliamentary assembly, agreed the U.N. does not have jurisdiction over U.S. elections but noted all OSCE member counties, which include the United States, have committed since 1990 to hold free and democratic elections and to allow one another to observe their elections.

The observers, from countries such as Germany, France, Serbia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, will observe voting at polling places and other political activity.

“They [will] observe the overall election process, not just the ballot casting,” said Giovanna Maiola, spokeswoman for OSCE. “They are focusing on a number of areas on the state level, including the legal system, election administration, the campaign, the campaign financing [and] new voting technologies used in the different states.”

In a follow-up e-mail, Maiola noted that it is a limited election-observation mission. She said “the OSCE has regularly been invited to observe elections in the United States, in line with OSCE commitments.”

Access of international observers during voting is explicitly allowed in some states such as Missouri, South Dakota, North Dakota and New Mexico.

“State law does not generally provide for international observers,” Maiola said. “However, through our contacts at state and county level in certain states, we managed to secure invitations at local level and we have taken up the offer to observe. Where this is not possible, we will respect the state regulation on this matter and will not observe in precincts on Election Day.”

International observers will follow up on the concerns raised by civil rights groups.

“We attended their meeting, we took note of the issued they raised and we asked our observers in the field to follow up on them,” said Maiola.
In response... one terrific Attorney General made his opinion very clear on this matter.
Texas AG says Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe has no jurisdiction over Texas elections

AUSTIN - Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott today advised the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe -- a United Nations partner -- that groups and individuals from outside the United States do not have jurisdiction to interfere with Texas elections. The Attorney General's letter comes after the international group -- comprised of 56 members including EU nations and other countries such as Albania, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, the Russian Federation, Slovenia and Turkey -- announced they would be sending election observers to sites throughout the United States, including Texas, on Election Day.

BRAVO GREG ABBOTT !!

Every single Attorney General across this country should follow suit!

CBS News Affiliate Calls The 2012 Presidential Election!

The Daily Caller (and other news outlets too) posted this incredible news item...

The 2012 presidential election is still more than two weeks away, but on Friday a CBS News affiliate in Arizona called the race for President Barack Obama.

For 17 seconds, Phoenix, Arizona CBS News affiliate KPHO ran a lower third graphic that showed that Obama had won the Nov. 6 election over Gov. Mitt Romney with 99% of the precincts reporting. The lower third graphic appeared around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 19, during an episode of “The People’s Court.”

Michelle Obama - Partying All The Time... On YOUR Dime!

This is really why Michelle Obama wants to stay in the White House for another 4 years... it's Party Time!!!!

Don't forget that she has her whole posse in tow.. relatives and friends too!

This doesn't even count the elaborate concerts, parties, and formal affairs with her friends (and donors) at the White House in the past 4 years.

This woman has been a disgrace to the title of First Lady.
Seems to me she is more of the First Freeloader.
Marie Antoinette was small potatoes compared to Michelle Obama.

So how many vacations have YOU taken in the past 4 years?

Mission Highlights Of Baumgartner's Jump

Way Cool!

Looks like Neil Armstrong had one small step for man; one giant leap for mankind... and Felix Baumgartner had the biggest step ever taken by man.

He's the first person to reach supersonic speed without traveling in a jet or a spacecraft. He did this by stepping out of a capsule that reached an altitude of 128,100 feet above the Earth after being lifted up by an ultra thin helium balloon.

Baumgartner's accomplishment yesterday happened on the 65th anniversary of the day that a U.S. test pilot, Chuck Yeager, became the first person to officially break the sound barrier in a jet.

Bravo to all involved!
The data collected in this endeavor will no doubt be put to use by scientists worldwide.

The European Union Wins The Nobel Peace Prize

Soooo - the EU wins the Nobel for 2012...
UKIP's Nigel Farage has weighed in with his 'boots on the ground' perspective of this farce. "You only have to open your eyes to see the increasing violence and division within the EU which is caused by the Euro project" he said, adding that "the awarding of this prize to the EU brings it into disrepute." We suspect that reputation is already 'diss'ed but analogizing the tragic imposition of a new flag on Yugoslavia, Farage concludes: "Rather than bring peace and harmony, the EU will cause insurgency and violence."

But we all know that since Obama won it - it's been such a joke anyway - this "Peace Prize President" has killed countless innocent people with his drone bombing raids... and no one has asked him to return the Prize.

SCOTUS Considering Banning Second Hand Sales

That's right - you read that right..
Depending how SCOTUS rules on Kirtsaeng v. John Wiley and Sons, we may no longer be able to re-sell items that we buy.  It truly may not be ours, even if we purchase it!
That means no more e-Bay, Craigslist, tag sales or thrift shops like Salvation Army and Goodwill.
How so you ask?
Journalist Jennifer Abel wrote this excellent explanation for the Daily Dot...
Like most Supreme Court cases, Kirtsaeng is a complex issue comprising a number of smaller ones, including copyright law, first sale doctrine, and the “gray market” (buying legal, low-priced items overseas and selling them in the U.S. at a markup).

In 1997, Supap Kirtsaeng left his native Thailand to study at Cornell University, where he had the quintessentially American college experience of discovering his required course textbooks were extremely expensive. But those books sold for much lower prices in Thailand, so he asked relatives back home to buy cheap copies and mail them to him. In addition to the books he used in his own classes, he also sold copies to bargain-hunting American students on eBay, making almost $1.2 million in profit.

Textbook manufacturer John Wiley sued Kirtsaeng, arguing that his actions violated Wiley’s copyrights on the books; Kirtsaeng countered that his actions were legal under the first sale doctrine.

The Department of Justice’s criminal resource manual says this about copyright and first sale [italics lifted from the original]:

“The first sale doctrine, codified at 17 U.S.C. § 109, provides that an individual who knowingly purchases a copy of a copyrighted work from the copyright holder receives the right to sell, display or otherwise dispose of that particular copy, notwithstanding the interests of the copyright owner. The right to distribute ends, however, once the owner has sold that particular copy.”

In other words, a copyright owner only controls the first sale of a copyrighted item. If you write, publish and sell a book, you have the exclusive right to print new copies of it, and you collect a royalty the first time a particular copy of your book sells. Whoever buys your book owns that particular copy, and henceforth can lend it to others, resell it, or even destroy it, without interference from you, the copyright holder. That’s why it’s legal for libraries to buy books and lend them out, and also legal for secondhand shops to buy and sell used books and DVDs, without payment to the original copyright holders.

So at first glance, Kirtsaeng v. Wiley seems pretty straightforward: Copyright holder Wiley got its cut at point of first sale (which happened to be in Thailand), then buyer Kirtsaeng owned the books and the right to resell them. Why must the Supreme Court get involved?

Because, after Wiley sued Kirtsaeng for copyright infringement in lower courts, the courts ruled that first sale doctrine – the idea that once you legally buy stuff, it’s legally your stuff to sell as you please – only applies to stuff manufactured and first sold in the U.S.

The business-technology blog Channelnomics noted, “In effect, everything with any sort of foreign trademark—from an Apple Inc. iPhone to an Omega watch to a piece of period furniture crafted in France—now requires express permission of, and presumably additional payment to, the foreign entity that created it in order to be sold.”

That mention of Omega watches alludes to a 2010 Supreme Court decision, Costco v. Omega, which Wiley’s attorneys will likely cite as precedent against Kirtsaeng. The Swatch watch company sells its Omega-brand luxury watches in overseas markets for much lower prices than in the U.S. Discount retailer Costco took advantage of this price differential by buying relatively inexpensive watches overseas, then selling them in U.S. stores at a profit. When other stateside retailers complained, Omega began putting copyrighted designs on its watches, then cited copyright law as a reason why Costco could no longer import foreign-bought watches for U.S. resale.

The Supreme Court ruled against Costco in December 2010, at which time the Daily Finance noted: “part of the copyright law makes it unclear if the ‘first sale doctrine’ applies when the product is manufactured outside the U.S. and the ‘first sale’ is out of the U.S. It's this issue that the Court effectively failed to decide this time.”

And it’s this issue the court will presumably decide in Kirtsaeng. There’s a lot more at stake here than whether Americans can legally resell their foreign-made possessions; back in 2010 the Daily Finance mentioned another implication of the Omega ruling:

“As Google, eBay and others supporting Costco noted, letting Omega control the resale price of goods manufactured and first sold abroad, but not the resale price of goods manufactured in the U.S. and first sold abroad (that was a different case decided before this one) provides a strong incentive (on top of any others, like cheaper labor, lack of environmental laws, etc.) to move manufacturing jobs out of the U.S.”

In other words, if the Supreme Court sides with Wiley against Kirtsaeng, copyright holders would actually be foolish to produce anything in the US: if they manufacture and sell items here, they only get paid at the point of first sale. But if they make something overseas to sell here, they effectively control it forever.

This would surely benefit foreign manufacturers. But what would it mean for ordinary US citizens? Library Journal noted that “Taken to its extreme, this approach might also enable publishers to prohibit a library from circulating foreign-printed books,” though “both Wiley and the U.S. solicitor general are at pains to provide legal theories that accommodate library lending in particular.”

But even if libraries are exempt from the rule, it would still be detrimental to ordinary US citizens wishing to buy or sell secondhand items. In a brief filed in the Kirtsaeng case, eBay observed that “imposing a place of manufacturing requirement on the first sale doctrine infringes consumers’ rights to redistribute goods ... copyright owners who have already been compensated for these goods [at point of first sale] are now attempting to use copyright law to hamper the ability of consumers and re-sellers to redistribute goods and comparison shop from different vendors.”

People who buy certain software already experience similar limitations: it’s illegal to sell your used copies of Microsoft Office or Rosetta Stone because you can’t officially buy the software; you only buy a license to use it. If Wiley gets its way in the Supreme Court then, technically speaking, almost everything you have (unless it’s stamped “Made in USA”) will be subject to similar restrictions: you won’t really “own” your UK-edition Harry Potter books or made-in-Switzerland watches anymore than you “own” the latest edition of Windows; they’re still under control of their copyright holders, and you only have permission to use them.

After all – if you’re legally forbidden to sell something, how can you really say it’s “yours”?
Talk about an assault on private ownership!
Make no mistake about it - copyright infringement is being used as a tool to control who owns and controls private property .. even if you have purchased an item, you may not be free to do as you wish with it.

This case is definitely something to keep your eye on..
the implications of how the court rules will be HUGE!

The U.S. Losing Reserve Currency Status

You can thank Washington DC and their stupid foreign policy decisions, and their mountain of debt they have created for us all, when this whole thing crashes.

When there is no more need for countries to trade using American dollars (as the Reserve Currency) there will no need for them to hold our Federal Reserve Notes (FRN's) either, and they will dump them on the world market. The value/price of FRN's will crash, and countries will dump them quickly before they are totally worthless.

Perhaps that is when they will introduce a world currency backed by gold ..
Voila! One World Government via an economic crisis ...
America will have no choice but to cede sovereignty in order to "save the economy"!

Not so far-fetched now, is it?

Happy 21st Birthday Rachel!

21 years ago today I gave birth to the most amazing and wonderful baby girl.
She came into the world 10/03/91 at 2:32 PM weighing 7 lbs 7 oz. and was 19.5" long.
I drove myself to the hospital picking up my husband from work along the way.
It was a very quick delivery, with no time for pain medication for me.
Her first word was "cat"... not mama or dada... but "cat".
She was a wonderful baby - but could not tolerate tags on her clothes, or the seams on her socks.
She would not keep bows or barrettes in her hair but loved to wear hats.
She adored my parents... and she loves her Grandma Hanna.

She has been a blessing and credit to her family.
We are so proud of the capable and responsible young woman she has become.

She has given us joy and laughter and has filled our life with her bright spirit.
Sure we've argued and cried, and we've both grown too.
I cannot imagine my life without the opportunity to nurture and love this little girl of mine.

I am so happy that among other things she:
was homeschooled
can handle a firearm safely
knows how to cook and take care of herself
is an independent thinker
has a good circle of friends
has goals and dreams
is not afraid to take risks
can handle money
knows how to find a good bargain
has a great sense of humor
has common sense
has good character
has spunk
has appreciation for music and the arts
and she has filled our home with love and light.

Dearest Rachel:
May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you.
May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace.

- and may you live to be 120!

Is a Bank Run Looming?

Found this article and thought I'd share it.... you may not know this but...
(Submitted by SD Contributor AGXIIK):

As of January 2013 the FDIC stops offering 100% coverage for all insured deposits. That amounts to $1.6 trillion in deposits, 85-90% deposited with the TBTF (Too Big to Fail) mega banks. Once the insurance ramps back to $250,000 the FDIC risk amelioration offered to large depositors will cause them to flee from the insecurity of the much reduced FDIC coverage. This money will rotate immediately into short term Treasury securities. The treasury, in order to handle this flood of money, will immediately offer negative interest rates. This financing will resemble the .5% negative interest rate offered by the Swiss and Germans on the funds flooding to their banks from Spain, Greece and Italy.
This will be a bank run much larger than the Euro banks flight to safety.

I have noticed two disturbing matters that will most certainly come as a result of the Fed MBS program.
1. The funds from the Fed purchases will rotate to the Too Big To Fail Banks. This debt is already junk bond status due to the nature of the underwater mortgages and delinquencies, hence the reason for the new Fed goon Squad going after borrowers.
This debt will be as bad or worse than the debt of Greece, Spain and Italy, rated CCC-

2. The banks receiving these funds will rotate the money immediately into short term treasury securities that will be priced at NIRP [Negative Interest Rate Program - Instead of paying you interest on deposits, your bank would charge you for storing cash in its vault... and also the Fed would charge a fee/fine to banks not lending out money from their reserves.] ...

3. The Social Security Trust fund must make at least 5-6% return to maintain its balance and provide income to the SS recipients. The TF is still guaranteed to go bankrupt by 2033, 21 years from now. The TF is required by law to invest in Treasury bonds. The actuarial problem now facing the TF is that they will be rolling old bonds yielding 5.6% into a yield pool averaging 1.4%, a 75% drop in income. This dramatic yield drop coupled with a 60% increase in SS recipients from 50 million to 91 million in the next 10 years will assure the TF will go bankrupt in about 10 years.

This irreducible math is going to prove an insurmountable obstacle to those who are recently retired, have long live genes or plan to retire in the next 10 years. If the SS TF (Social Security Trust Fund) goes bankrupt then benefits will be cut by 25% . Inflation adjustments were never able to front run the lost in income. The inflation rate of 8% today and 15% tomorrow will destroy the senior investment pool.

Well, isn't that special?
